A tourist resort project in eastern China's Shandong Province is seeking investment from home and abroad.
Project info:
The project is located in the hinterland of central Shandong Province, with a planned area of more than 3,295 acres, including 82.4 acres of premises for construction. At present, it has developed an area of more than 824 acres, and has complete infrastructure such as water, power and road network. It is now an AAA-level scenic spot with an average altitude of over 500 meters above sea level and the day of good air quality up to 265 days out of a whole year. It has the highest lake in Shandong Province with an aquatic area of nearly 200 acres. The water quality is excellent. There are mountains, rivers, forests, lakes and grasslands within the project area. The tourist resort receives an average of 300,000 tourists per year by favor of its favorable catering, accommodation and service facilities and conditions.
The project is seeking strategic investors to expand its business.
The project owners plans to transfer 20% of the shares, totaling 40 million yuan ($570).
