Product overview

Nanocomposite titanium dioxide is a powdery functional green white pigment made by chemical method of titanium dioxide (TiO2) and inorganic synthetic material. It realizes the perfect combination of nano-titanium dioxide and inorganic synthetic material. It has been confirmed by CAS as a global pioneer.

Product features

Stable chemical properties, Immiscible, almost no reaction with other elements and compounds at normal temperature. Surface post-treatment can adjust the water dispersion of nano environmental titanium dioxide and the dispersion in organic media.

Physical properties

The  protective backing sheet is rod-like and the TiO2 coated is laminar microstructure ( Diameter in 50-60nm). This structure gives regular structure and excellent covering power, and the thickness can be adjusted through the synthesis process. Teeny dulk density (£0.4g/ml), high pigment volume concentration, and good weather resistance.

Product Application

  • Paper and Pulp Engineering

Due to the characteristics of circular economy in papermaking industry.Using nanocomposite titanium dioxide to replace the traditional titanium dioxide can greatly reduce the cost, further improve the covering power, whiteness and uniformity of paper products.

  • Wall coating

Can be widely used in the field of waterborne coatings.  Can replace the ordinary titanium dioxide and reduce the amount of emulsion, under the reasonable formula. Enhance the synergy of color fillers, can obtain the tank anti deposition and also give good film extinction, improve the paint film scrub resistance and dry film covering power,  greatly reduce the cost at same time.

  • Oil Paint

Non-toxic, tasteless and environmentally friendly, the  protective backing sheet is rod-like and the TiO2 coated is laminar microstructure. Teeny dulk density (£0.4g/ml),  with excellent covering power, Formed coating has a strong resistance to ultraviolet rays.      These characteristics make the production cost and process difficulty of waterborne paint for automobile greatly reduced.

  • Ceramics

Non-toxic, odorless, environmental protection, super stability,  use nanocomposite titanium dioxide in ceramic production field is much better than ordinary titanium dioxide.Regular structure and excellent covering power can also improve product quality and yield.
