A Chinese biotechnology company wants to purchase peat from Latvia, Estonia and other neighbour countries. The company is a large-scale enterprise mainly engaged in the production, research and development, and sales of seedling substrates and cultivation substrates. It needs to import a large amount of peat every year.

Procurement requirements are as follows:

1. sieved, even-sized;

2.  both raw and those after acidity adjustment;

3.  no grass seeds;

4.  with advanced mining technology, and the volume after decompression can reach the predetermined value;
