Product Description
The steel Yankee Dryer consists of steel shell, heads, center stay, journals, condensate remove, rotary joint and metallization and etc. The shell will be fabricated in carbon steel plate, rolled and welded, with internal surface ribbed and external surface machined and ground. The shell will also be metalized.
Technical Advantages
- The yankee dryer is ribbed inside for higher heat transfer.
- The shell is made from carbon steel, to satisfy the requirement of strength and the maximum thermal conductivity.
- Condensate removal system with rotary siphons ending with headers and soda straw pipes entering into the grooves, at a controlled distance from the bottom, for the best condensate removal.
- Metallization for out surface allows re-grinding and long life of Yankee
